You do not have enough permissions to view this page

When I get a mail like the one below and I click on the url, then I got a message saying "You do not have enough permissions to view this page".
This happens since a few weeks.

Am I doing something wrong??

I am guessing that post is spam and was removed or hidden by the moderator.
