Image Pixelates during animation

Greetings,
I'm having difficulty while using the tutorial on animations. It seems that as I playback my initial animation, it zooms in horribly pixelized rather than a smooth image. Why is that?. I have been doing the tutorials up to this point and im stuck. CAn you give me a hand?

Hi, no I did not have anti aliasing on. After I turned it on the pixeling was reduced but still blocky. Not smooth yet. Thanks for replying. Can I do anything else to make the animation smooth?

Sorry. That was my only idea. Not sure what else might help.

It would help to see an example or have the parameters
